| II. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY |

| III. COMMISSION PROCESS |

| ⤿ Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. |
| ⤿ Major changes (e.g., pose, composition) after sketch approval may incur additional fees. |

| IV. USAGE AND RIGHTS |
